my dads retirement gig is a table at a flea market. he specializes in cookware, for one thing. he sells no aluminum or teflon. he got me a #8 wagner, an old seasoned one and it is great. i like those ebay auctions. i want to get one of those griswold red and white enamals. these leach nothing as long as they are not chipped. the enamal is powdered glass baked on at high heat. you can cook away with those and no prob.

stainless makes a poor frying pan. a stainless steel scrubby is in order.
