I couldn't agree more 1. Diet. Period.

I wanted to put together some simple ideas for gradually getting balanced, because I don't think it should be rushed.

Specifically, some dietary suggestions, because I don't think people always know what they should be eating.

Also a few simple and affordable ways to take in quality minerals, at all levels trace-macro.

You are right there is a lot here on curezone, but not everyone knows where to start. I just figured with all the good info on minerals lately that it would be nice to offer newbies a starting point.
