hey guys i bummed out on day 3, i feel really ill, i know it's detox and you need to ride the storm but i just don't have it in me right now......i managed to forego the nibbles and alcohol on offer at my b/friend's last night but i've had the mother of all headaches today, it's not even held off after i've eaten so am hoping i get up tomorrow feeling better :)
