Personally? I would stay away from stuff from the sea. Isn't that sad? There are some brands though I'd take but not all the time. The one you mentioned is one of them.

There are many other places to post this question. I'd do so on ask curezone for sure.

I wish I'd known during my pregnancy what I know now.....
