Do you think there is a book that has the info on what herbs, oils, etc..to use? Recipes would be good!
I think that even if we use hot showers, baths, spas, especially dry heat, real organic essential oils, organic oils like sesame, almond, avocado, olive oil, massage, herbal enemas, colonics, etc..are all going to help with detoxing. Exercise, breathing, yoga, and bouncing on an exercise ball or mim trampoline even for 10 minutes helps to burn fat, and get rid of toxins.
It would be nice to formulate a couple protocols that use some of those things, inclding the ghee, which I've never made or ever tried. I use almond, olive, avocado, and coconut oil on my skin and for massage, and I'm into Aromatherapy (I have a website where I sell essential oils, and my hand-made soaps)and natural made products. I only use my hand-made soap on body and hair.
Something simple like a 3 step protocol, then 5 step one, and maybe a 10 step one that is more complex. I like simple, easy to aquire ingredients, and things that aren't going to be difficult to incorportate into a busy life-style.
We'd all love to go to the spa for real Ayurvedic treatments I'm sure, but who has the time and especially the money to do all that? Simple is a good thing.
If I get a jacuzzi..that would be plenty for me..I just did yard work..and it still needs so much work! I really need that warm herbal oil and massage!
