Sounds YUMMY! Now I have plans for the spring!

You know, I keep thinking about how for years, I exude these yellow-brown substances through my skin. I just threw our mattress pad in the washer, and it's a dingy yellow where I sleep. The plastic handle of my Sonicare toothbrush is the same color, while the frequently-replaced toothbrush heads stay closer to white. I can't help but think it's bromides & fluorides & who knows what else...wish I knew how to test what it is that comes out of my pores.

And boy do I like eating ghee in the morning with breakfast. I buy mine from Ancient Organics. It's expensive but sooooo worth it. They make it from Straus cream, which is not harshly pasteurized (gently heated to the minimum temperature & cooked for longer than the high-heat, short-period pasteurizations). From what I understand, the cows get to live outside and eat a lot of grasses. Also, Ancient Organics tells you how they go about making the ghee from it, in special ways in accordance with Ayurvedic traditions.
