cool. best thread in ages! im curious how it works

lets not forget the influence of sinuses in this as well. one sided use of a nostril makes one side of the brain dominant and vice versa. in practice this could mean if one has a one-sided breathing through the nose (as in my case, right side restricted with bone shizzle and cartilage, broke it couple of times) this over a long period of years could lead to one-sided brain function. according to ayurveda the left side of the brain is controlled by the right nostril and the right side of the brain by the left nostril

ofcourse left side of the body is female and right is male.. so many theories. then we have astrological influences as well

mine goes clockwise. my right brain is dominant apparently. cant change the direction atleast not in short space of time.
