Those practicing alternative medicine must be cautious in the way they represent their healing remedies and therapies, so not to imply the diagnosis, treatment or cure of disease. Unless, of course, they are licensed to do so and have blessings from the FDA. These are the laws. Not that I think this is right, but it is law.
