From your questions I think you may know much more than you think you do...you are asking the right ones.

If you were to get a good colonics practitioner, you might get some good help and answers from them.

That's what I would try.

You could always come here and get hints on any specifics you need, after that.

The first time through any experience is always the most confusing, as you know, but soon it will become old hat, and easy, especially when you are getting good results.
