Alright the funny meat story... I was in New York at a diner and ordered a turkey burger because I just started the meat eating thing and thought I'd stick to poultry. So anyway I start eating the burger and it was the best hamburger I'd ever eaten!! I was ranting and raving and going on and on. Then the next thing I know the waitress comes up and informs me that she gave me the wrong thing! It was a beef hamburger! I'd eaten half of it already so I ate the rest. I spent the whole day walking around NY with tons of energy and no weird stomach things. It was the first time in 17 yrs that I had beef and it made feel great! In fact it was what made me put the Blood Type Diet into perspective. I thought man I've gone all these yrs feeling so bad and beef was the remedy..God bless the cows! Oh yea before this I would have had to stay close to a bathroom if I was eating soy.
