Oil-pulling has cured or greatly improved my gums.
I am sure it has done other things but I have been
cleansing for so long that I have few complaints.
I LOVE the way it makes my mouth feel and so while
I cannot put my finger on exactly why that is, I
keep buying bottles of oil and sipping and swishing
my way through them. I use oregano oil in sesame seed
oil, and then rinse with some clay water or some
salt water.
I like to pull twice a day but generally only find
the time to do it once. I also feel it makes my teeth
look white and my breath is as fresh as can be~!
I would recommend for anyone to give this health
treatment a try~~!
