but no one has been able to prove otherwise.
The prevailing view of psychiatry is that Depression is caused by a chemical imbalance within the Brain, and therefore treated chemically by so-called antidepressant drugs to address this imbalance.
I would go along with Breggins attacks and opinions against the drug industries efforts at alleviating and treating Depression as being ineffectual and profit-motivated rather than health orientated.
However, not having read his books, I cannot form an opinion one way or the other.

The one thing I do know, is that my own clinical Depression (of years standing) was cured biochemically through Nutritional means, and I know of other people who have had the same beneficial experience, when everything else they tried failed.
