You might be washing out your electrolytes with all that water you are drinking. It may be a good idea to add at least! the recomended dosage of good Sea Salt to your water that you are drinking. I believe the watercure says at least 1/4 tspn to each quart. I usually double that at least to replace the electrolytes, which is what I've found works best for me.
