I had this happen a week or so ago, too. I developed a bit of panic - kinda weird thinking. Emotionally vulnerable.. crying at hat tricks the last day or so.. then edema in both legs - I am drinking a gallon of water a day and only have salt in my food. And this headache - crown of the head - depressing. Not my period time.
I have been on 100 mg iodine, using potassium chloride for the push, vitamin C, B and that is it recently.
I stopped eating regular food yesterday and have been on fruit since. And even more water. Everything is moving, but I feel rotten.
Blood pressure changes from the potassium chloride? Detox?
I do not like this one bit and am backing off the Iodine for awhile and staying on raw foods... move whatever is going on - on out!
Maybe pot chlor is not good long term?? shrug
