you have already bought the book - try it! why not? what have you got to loose?

i followed it for a while, then modified it to my own unique system. getting rid of wheat helped me. i still avoid kidney beens and green olives. the point is what you normally eat, but all things in moderation. i always leave room for cheating by being good most of the time. that is the best way to see when something is not good for you
