I've been a vegetarian for 6 years and since I stopped eating meat I've turned from being incredibly healthy to being a complete mental and physical wreck. Just wondering if there are any vegetarians that have decided to go back to their meat-eating ways for this diet and whether the O type diet has done them any good?
