Louis,

Are you taking Barefoot's LBB??? If not you need to do so asap, especially if you're trying to fast. Not only that but Appendicitis is usually a constipation problem so the LBB is an absolute must for this condition!

If you are in an emergency state, you ought to consider an enema. Here's more info:
