Thanks Cure It.

I do, when I control it, drink my water at room temp. When I am at a restaurant, I do not. When I take it to work, it used to be frozen and melt down to drink. Now I just take room temp. water and drink it throughout the day. I just don't seem to get the whole thing gone, most days (50 oz). I will put in the lemon and pray that it helps it go down easier. Then, do that at home, after work.

My complexion already looks great ;-D! I will be happy to get rid of the big toe issue though!
