i want to try the Liver Flush again, but my experience over a month ago is making me hesitate.

the day after the Liver Flush i used Oxypowder to get rid of the debris, however, it seems there was a tiny obstruction somewhere in the colon. the buttpee was very restricted. i only got a thin stream. when i got back to solid bms, same thing happened. the stool came out super thin. i panicked.

finally i went to get a colonic and whatever was blocking me came out. 2-3 days after that, i went to a colonic again. they got a lot out that time. then when i went home after my 2nd colonic, i felt a horrible pain on my left side, it was crazy. it's funny cus it felt like a stone stuck in there or something and was irritating my intestines.

however, i managed to get through the night and eventually that thing i guess moved under my belly button or near it because whenever i gently pressed on it, it would hurt like hell. i went back to get a colonic a few days after. the lady felt a lot of stool in my abdomen, but hardly any was coming out and i felt a lot of pressure from near my belly button area.

i took about 4 days of malic acid, 800mg 5x a day prior to the prep. light low fat breakfast, Epsom Salts , 1/2 cup of oo and 3/4 cup lemon juice. morning, Epsom Salts , butt pee. i didnt look to see how many stones i got out. didn't care. i was flushing and trying to do myself good. numbers didnt matter i guess.

the night i took the Epsom Salts , not long after the 2nd dose i was in a lot of pain. sort of felt like the muscles in the abdomen were constricting, not exactly relaxed.

tips for my next flush? i plan on taking more malic acid this time though. i drink a lot of gold coin grass herbal drinks for urinary problems too. not sure if it does any good for the flush.
