I know a person who has almost exactly the same symptoms that you have. She was diagnosed with Hashimoto, adrenal fatigue and on top of that celiac desease. I think the bloating etc could be due to gluten intolerance (among other things), while inability to lose weight is due to thyroid insufficiency. Anyway, i know that thyroid and celiac are commonly occur together.
