Are you talking about OP??? If so, I'll tell you what's really not fun -- worrying that periodontal disease would return, having an embarrassing skin condition (keratosis pilaris), yellowish teeth, aching joints. All this and more ended when I started OP. I call this more than fun. I call it joy.

Thank you everyone here for introducing me to the wonderful, wacky world of oil pulling.
