#1, I consider the RDA a Big Farm/Big Pharma LIE

#2. I didn't say that the body won't use any of a non-wholefood vitamin.  I said that the liver has to forage the body for the needed factors to assimilate it.  What can't be assimilated goes down the toilet.

#3. The long term of effects of the good Dr's sister's sythetic vitamin treatment will have to be seen, just like any other Rx, and probably won't be recognized for what it is.  One thing I'm sure of, synthetic vitamin treatment is no more of a natural cure than a Rx.  NATURE is NOT created in a lab.

#4, It only makes sense to me that a tiny amount that is totally assimilatable is more reliable than any amount of a mega dose that is leaching good things from my body for assimilation of some of it.
