I have a zapper, made like Dr. Clark specifies, and I'll tell you, it sure does cause die off effects in me if I stop then start again. I start and then I quit things but whenever I start zapping again I have a powerful reaction to it, so it does something.

I am doing the oil pulling mostly because my husband is doing it for his KP. I dont really "see" any physical benefits, like my husband and mother, but I keep doing it because I have seen it take away a tumor in my moms throat and help my husband so I figure its doing something good for me, I just cant see it.
