This is my first reply so bare with me. It makes sense what your saying, to me atleast. From what I have read people who detox or cleanse or what ever, usually shy away from crappy foods. On the other end sometimes they go back. But the initial consesus is that they dont want to eat crap food any more.

That free speach post was awsome BTW.
