Just one more point to add plzchuckle.
You have stated that a megadose of Vitamin C goes down the toilet!!
So it appears that you belong to the school of thought that says supplements only produce expensive urine !!

In answer to that; humans lost the ability to produce their own Vitamin C in a genetic mutation thousands of years ago, with the only source left open to us from our food supply, which provides less than "optimum" amounts.

Perhaps you can explain how Dr Stephen Hickeys sister was cured of eisenmenger syndrome by using 24 Grams (24,000 Milligrams) of synthetic ascorbic acid per day?

The only sign of excess Ascorbic Acid is diarrhea, which can take UP TO 24 grams or more per day to reach......no diarrhea....no excess.
