They come from the toxins the Iodine releases fromt he tissues - the toxins are being forced out of the body ASAP. And to help the body cope with the bigger amounts of toxins it needs to get rid of, I take more chloride pushes, take more vitamin C and take short breaks from Iodine to let the cleansing aspects catch up.

I really don't get so many now and I know just what to do to get rid of them. But the benefits of getting those toxins out cannot be compared with the annoyance of some zits.
