I drank apple juice with two tablespoons of Konsyl, followed by a big glass of water, also began taking marshmallow root...and started chanting and writing the following repetitively-

my rectum is strong and healthy
i feel good]
my intestines work efficiently
the way God intended

I got two SKIO treatments for the pain. They worked great.
