I think Somer has probably helped quite a bit and we're well past the original post date.

But for the benefit of others, I'd like to add that it helps to message the liver/gall bladder area during these flushes, because sometimes the little "stones" and other junk like to get stuck. A heating pad will also help. My grandmother has experienced the painful "back-up" and this method of relief really worked.

Also, I'm not sure if Somer mentioned, but it's best to drink lots of water.
