i must say it depends on the dentist
i had all of them removed years ago, to speed up the process I went to another dentist, who replaced 2 of my last tooths on the lower right side. After that I had agonizing pain all the time. I think she made something wrong for sure, and my regular dentist did 2 root canals....... The pain is gone but the root canal was th worst option
but the pain was excrutiating, I could not take it, I did not know back then the root canals are dangerous so I had the root canals done on them
One of those tooth was infectred years later and came out, the other one is still there.
I have a gap right now and the other one that came our had a broken root canal removal needle in it so that was the problem of removing it.
