Ok I am going to send my husband out to buy some Potassium Chloride for me. Our healthfood stores is closed on Sundays, so he will go to GNC I guess and try that.

How much should I take and how often? I am already taking Magnesium Oxide per Dr. Flechas, so I don't think I should also take Magnesium Chloride too or I will have major runs. I also will buy some Benefiber and try that.
