It took a few days for me to get the "die-off" symptoms. I would guess that if you DON"T get them, it means you're critter-free...olive leaf even kills off bacterial infections (like the vaginal infection I got from Antibiotics years ago....my dr gave me another Antibiotic to kill it off, but didn't work - figures! However the olive leaf did the trick. I'm very impressed with it's anti-infection, anti-inflammatory, anti-candida properties).

Let me know of your experience with it.
