If you don't want to take more internally during high stress times you can try Iodine baths and or Mesentery Painting.

NOTE: You need a water filter to remove the chlorine/fluoride before dumping Iodine into the bath water.


TRAPPER: Maybe you can chime in on the use of Providone instead of Lugol's for baths...
