Mercury once chelated with Selenium does this, there is always the issue of bile and re-absorption. For a quick fix buy some Benefiber (Labeled "No taste" - must be from guar gum), other WATER SOLUBLE fibers will also help this like Apple/Grapefruit Pectin and of course Konjacu.

Also SeMC isn't enough Selenium you need another source as well, Brazil Nuts, Selenomethionine or Selenium from yeast...
