Is not The Power of Prayer Its the power of The LAW ! The accused in any criminal trial has a right to know the nature and cause of the accusation and to challenge jurisdiction before he enters a plea . It's a common defense for people who know the law .You make what it's called special appearance and demand a BILL OF PARTICULARS from the prosecution and they have to prove jurisdiction and explain the nature and cause of the accusation .
