Hi!
I have Candida. I want to thank everyone of you out there who posted and post your experiencies with ThreeLac. I have decided not to use it; Thanks God to all of you.
I have started to heal myself with natural remedies. I try to eat different food everyday. I excluded the sweet and bready stuff from my meals. And I can say I feel great. It has been only a week so far, but I can see improvements. I was diagnosed earlier with acid reflux(I was having problems breathing and could not sleep well during the nights), that's gone so far. I sleep well and my breathing has been improving. I had numb legs, now the episodes are almost gone. I had white and red pimples around my tongue, now one or two are only left. I will keep eating healthy I promise. I have to exercise more often though. I wanted to share that with you all as you all guys help me a lot.
