when things arent working like they should(completely subjective, i know), then i find it best to retrace the basics - elimination of bowels and kidneys, hydration, diet. everything can be accomplished with those, so if they are off, everything can go wrong without them! few of us, if any, are perfect, so we play the field. make sure to stay in bounds.
