yes, i would notice that.

stress is mucus and acid producing. this creates and anaerobic state. Iodine is an oxidator and mucolytic. yes, it would create more of a need for iodine. it also would create more of a need for a mucusless, alkaline producing diet.

it sounds to me like you are very in tune with your body and what it is doing. targeting the breasts int he manner which you did is also pretty savvy stuff.

how about your assessment of doing that level of Iodine for that period of time?
