I have done similar meditations to one you describe, before and after the voices. I think you are either not hearing or not believing my story. Your advice is not helpful. I don't appreciate your pessimistic remark that nobody can help me, and your unfounded assumption that I created this problem myself. You are not only factually wrong, you're been cruel.

Would you tell someone who is in a situation where she's been raped on an on-going basis that it's all in her mind, that it's a self-created problem, that nobody can help her, and suggest gibberish meditation as a remedy? It is clear that you don't believe spirit entities exist or that a person can hear them or that I am hearing them. Aren't you making an assumption? Contact with discarnate entities, both good and evil, have been described for millennia by countless mystics and religious leaders of all major religions. Just because you did not have a personal experience with them and you believe evil does not exist outside of peoples’ minds doesn't make it so. In fact, I would probably not be in this mess right now if I had better knowledge about the possibility of demonic influence. Wrongly, spiritually gifted people and extrasensory voices have been synonymous for me with goodness and divinity. I too, gave very little thought about the possibility of diabolical forces as actual beings. Let my story be a warning to other spiritual seekers to take adequate measures of protection against very real dangers.
