Thats a FACT!

I have Hep c and have been using CS for sometime now....I've been keeping my viral load down, sometimes it goes up a little with stress etc., and seem to be at a standstill now...but then I remember how I was before I started taking it.

Hang in there, sounds like you've had quite a trip, but just imagine how it will be as it keeps getting better.

I keep a journal (daily) so that when I don't feel so hot I can go over my results...it really helps.
