I haven't been taking any iodine, but have instead been focusing on clearing out my kidneys and GI tract. I know, in spite of all the cleansing I've done, that I am still loaded with guck...especially metals. My kidneys really took a beating with the Iodine and then the IP6, so I'm working on having more clear exit routes for the toxins.

But I'm going to try the mesentery painting in the next couple of days and I'll post my experience. I'm interested to see what effect it will have. I haven't done any other painting...so I'll be the Iodine virgin (well, almost) who experiments with this. I also need to work on my lymp...too much butt-sitting!
