Take about 12 drops per day.
Last days take about 6 drops/day cause trying to add salt flush to my regimen and have replaced my morning intake of iodine.

I haven't come to a conclusion why somedays it seems to have a lot of hairloss, but I keep an eye what I am doing these days.
