I started with 1000mg each am and pm, but had to back off temporarily because of the "die-off" effect due to the powerful work it was doing killing my candida. (The die-off effect feels like the flu; achey joints, etc) It must have had a lot of work to do, even tho I've been taking horopito awhile and thought it covered the candida.

But now I'm back to 2000mg daily. Good luck. I hope it helps you as it did me.
