Hi, bluandyelo,

No, I have been quite horrid -- I almost did the OJ fast in the Spring, but then got diverted. I have started my trek again and expect to be doing the fast in September. I purchased the Study Guide to Book 1 and have started that.

Our business is in the busy season and it weaves through our lives, so much focus is needed for changes. I have cut back on my meat and sugar consumption and have increased my fruit and nut consumption so there is progress in small ways. I bought a Vita-mix and just got an Omega 8005 juicer which is fabulous -- I can push frozen fruit through it and have soft 'ice cream' in seconds! Everything is coming together.

I walk barefoot through the garden more now.

Things are pretty good -- just need that final push!! :)

So glad to hear that your Dad is doing well.
