thanks for the tip. Now I want to try the yogurt....

What do you think of that SCD diet? I know I have bowel imbalances, my naturopath keeps finding protozoa and I know I have yeast still. Certainly a lot of gas off and on, but there are some things she says are OK and some things she forbids that I don't know if I agree with. I do think it might be best to avoid all grains in the earlier stages of a healing diet, though. I'm having a hard time with that one....

If I had all day to focus on food - shopping for it, preparing it, eating it... I think I'd be doing better!
