people post about how pharmaceutical Antibiotics don't get the bad stuff out-- they just smother it and hide it in the body (or something like that.)
I would suggest he get off the Antibiotics as quickly as possible and do a strong dosing schedule of oil of oregano. Oil pulling with coconut oil and oregano oil will also pull out the infection.

He should also megadose with vitamin C to get his immune system boosted-- tell him to do the bowel tolerance test of taking 2 grams of Vitamin C every half hour until he has diarreah. he has then reached bowel tolerance and should take everday the amount that is just slightly below bowel tolerance. Buffered vitamin C is the best according to most on the forums, but have him look at the Vita C forum and there's information on there for him.

I would also suggest he look into Iodine supplementation. I'm only now researching it (hoping to start sunday). For some reason, that I can't remember, I think this is a good idea for his situation with infection but I can't remember which post or why talked about the healing powers of Iodine over viruses, bacteria and such.
