I would be wary of orthomolecular medicine if I were you. It helped me quite a bit, but the high doses of vitamins also were one of the main causes of the beginning of panic attacks for me, I believe. I can't prove this, but after I quit the vitamins the incidence of attacks went way down (I was less prone to them). There seemed to be a very obvious connection to me.
I would say that synthetic vitamins are not found in nature and thus should not be trusted.
