I read these post and sometimes I just think these people are unbelievable. Why would anyone in their RIGHT mind, would ask can you leave anything out.
Why even bother if that's the way one wants 2 handle it. I have a very dear friend she only lasted 3 days, because she also wanted 2 revise the MC, go figure I stopped having conversations with her about it, but I did tell her this I am following it 2 the LETTER, if I knew what 2 do I would have written my own book, get a clue people. This is my third Master-Cleanse 21 days each time, starting with the season. I'm do it for my well being and I must say my size 8 is great also...............
