While I was taking Humaworm and Humacleanse, my stool and bowel movements were fine/normal. Starting about 3 or 4 days after I finished, let's just say I have loose stools and a gassy stomach. Is this normal? I also started having sinus problems again around the same time.

Since it is recommended to wait 3 months to start another round, is taking the product Candida Cleanse a no-no? It has the following ingredients:
Black Walnut, Garlic, Pay d'Arco, Grapefruit seed extract, Oregon Grape root extract, Horsetail, Stinging Nettle, Bladderwrack, Marshmallow root, Spirulina, Ginger, Cinnamon, Gentian root, Fennel seed, Biotin, Lactobacillus Sporogenes, Prostease, Lipase, and Cellulase.
