You'll have to search the Mercola site for that I guess. I just cut and paste his article onto my post, so that was not my words.

It makes sense however. They've done enough research about the lack of EFA's and the brain. And much of our EFA's come from the oil in meat. There are tons of articles, both alternative and allopathic on the effects of EFA's in the brain.
