I'm new at this, maybe pulling for a month, using coconut oil. Today I had my dental cleaning - it was much more relaxed than any of my former visits. My gums are recovering and much less sensitive. Even the hygenist remarked how much better I am. The visit to clean plaque, floss, and polish totalled less than 30 minutes. Usually I take 40 minutes. This is surely another testimonial to the many benefits of oil pulling! Flower :-)
